While very communicative, the process got delayed multiple times and changed the scope of interviews on a weekly basis. It was a very frustrating process as was given different answers as to why the process got delayed. This lasted for several months and were very stingy with the start date, which was non negotiable. My feedback is to streamline the hiring process and actually communicate what the job you are hiring for actually is
