It was by phone call, the recruiter contacted me and it seemed they needed someone immediately. I think for that reason they asked me for a second interview within 3 days, and the specific day and time for the second interview the told me they already hired someone. I have the feeling that they already had someone and where just doing the interview process as requirement. It is ok to me, just that I expected a more technical interview.
