Application form and Watson Glaser, followed by an assessment centre of one written exercise and two interviews (a competency based interview and a commercial awareness interview). Everybody was extremely friendly and what could have been a very stressful day was made much easier, there was also a tour of the office.
Standard. Not too complicated. Chill. Well organised. But the case study was tough. Have to have good market knowledge. But prepared well, can pass. Good people and nice interviewers in general.
