Interview
After completing an application online, I was contacted by a member of the company's HR team to arrange a first-stage interview. I arrived on the day and had an editing/proofreading test before the one-on-one interview, which was competency based. Following that, I was given a writing test and invited back for a second stage interview, which was a bit more casual than the first, but had lots of curve ball questions. Personally, I really enjoyed the process.

Question 1
One of the things I was asked was about my ability to persuade and/or influence others, which is a good way of getting an insight into how I interact with people. I was also asked what I liked most and least about work in general, which I hadn't really thought about before.
