1 phone screening and 2 interviews (I did one and was planned for a 2nd and final round but stopped the process before the 2nd interview).
1 phone screening with the recruiter and 1 interview with the hiring manager and a colleague that is at the same level as the open position. Everyone was very friendly.

Usual questions about career path, different experiences, example of situations we had to deal with, how we project ourselves in 5 years...
Initial phone screen only. It was disappointing. Very basic questions without any real conversation as if reading from a script. The person who requested the phone screen came off as distracted and abruptly ended the call. Just Rude.
