Interview
Online application (850-word personal statement) and 3-stage interview consisting: (1) Written exercise (2) Personal Competency interview and (3) Commercial interview. This last interview took the form of a discussion of an article taken from The Economist. Both interviews lasted an hour each. It was slightly tough to collect your thoughts in between each stage because apart from an office tour (where you won't have time to yourself to mentally prepare for the next interview), there's no real break in between.

Where do you see yourself in five or ten years' time?
Two interviews, general and analytical. In person. Written test too. Two interviewers in each interview (different individuals in each). Competency based questions and then questions based on a commercial article.
Smooth interview process - first was a competency/motivation interview with HR and a partner, second was a news article analysis interview also with HR and a partner (different individuals of course).

written English test, mandarin test, presentation, interview. interview was with one partner and one HR. mandarin test was on reading aloud some passages and translation, so students need to know certain legal phrases in chinese before tackling the assessment
