I had one phone interview, one video interview, then one onsite interview. All went great and I was so excited about the role. They told me they wanted to do a final meet and greet scheduled the week of my onsite interview. I provided my availability and did multiple times because the recruiter wasn't answering me. He finally reached out almost 3 weeks later to let me know an internal candidate popped up after my onsite interview for a senior level role......extremely disappointed in the candidate experience. Not responding to candidates who have put in hours of interviews for you doesn't make the company look good at all
