Friendly Consultants interview questions

Got to know about the company through a Friend, as he got placed by Friendly Consultants, Inc in a stipulated time. So, they interviewed me based on my communication skills. Asked me so many behavioral questions. Questioned me about my Education and experiences, tested my technical knowledge. Once they are happy with my knowledge and presence of mind. They were happy to hire me. Overall it's a good experience having Interviewed by Senior Project Manager of it's own consultant, she shared her experiences and knowledge in how to get a job.

3 rounds of total, started with 1st round of pre-employment screening/assessments, 2nd round for Technical/exp evaluation with hiring manager and other key stake holders, Finally last round with HR .
