Phone interview first. If successful you an in person interview with a panel. Then if that goes well you will do a ride along. Interview process is fast and done in a timely manner with a video that shows a day to day work life. Very impressive presentation

The interviewer was very welcoming and kind, laid out salary expectations, work conditions, schedule, and overall expectations quite thoroughly. I enjoyed my time visiting their office. The staff I had seen were also nice

After the long process of online application, (why not just accept a resume), you will finally get to a page that asks if you are ok with working as early as 2am, if you want to work in hot enviroments etc. WHY not have that at the beginning not to waste peoples time?!
