I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Frito-Lay (Forest, VA) in Sep 2019
Interview
The interview process was fairly straight forward. This was an in person interview only which was nice. I met with two representatives of Frito Lay. They showed me basically a slideshow of the job duties, the map of the range of your routes, and lists of benefits. Afterward each representative asked me a set of questions.
