First round of interview Included a plant tour and was very laid back and more of a discussion with the department managers to gauged if I would be a fit on the team. After interview department managers submitted their feedback if they wanted me to progress further in the interview. Since I was being considered for multiple roles the feedback from the DMs suggested I would be a good fit for a specific role. The DM over that role had a final interview to see if he wants me for the role and after the interview 2 days later an offer was made.
