Got phone call to schedule an interview. Did physical testing after the interview process. After the hiring process, you get trained for about a month or two on how to operate the various machines in the plant. Thereafter you'll be put on various shifts
Interview is straightforward and just be prepared and dressed well. No worries about anything if you are honestly going to be honest. It is an amazing company . Good luck and best wishes
