Interview
Two interviews total. All virtual. People were friendly enough but, if I’m being honest you could tell they’re looking for a certain type of person. Someone who enjoys burying themselves in work. I am not that person.

Tell me about a time that you had to lead a team with differing viewpoints.
simple, two rounds of interviews. one with HR in the beginning and another with the territory managers. HR was all behavioral to get a good idea of your work ethic and how you are as a person, the typical questions.

they asked about my previous experience and how it relates to the job
3 round process speaking with various leaders in the company. Overall process was over 30 day period. once complete the process moves very quickly to get you set up. You will be selected by a manger for the region that you will join. Most likely will require you to relocate
Very organized. Several interviews with senior leadership. Very straightforward, no surprises. They schedule multiple interviews same day so that you aren't driving back and forth over the course of weeks.
