Applied online- had to take an assessment and received an email within 24 hours of applying asking me to schedule an interview. The interview was performed over zoom with 3 interviewers. It took one week to the day and I received the job offer.

They asked questions about previous work experience. Ie Tell us about a time you had to deal with changing demands and how did you handle it.
The interviewer was very welcoming and kind, laid out salary expectations, work conditions, schedule, and overall expectations quite thoroughly. I enjoyed my time visiting their office. The staff I had seen were also nice

After the long process of online application, (why not just accept a resume), you will finally get to a page that asks if you are ok with working as early as 2am, if you want to work in hot enviroments etc. WHY not have that at the beginning not to waste peoples time?!
