The interview process took roughly 6 months to complete. Yes, you read that right...6 months. You hear from them and think you are doing well then you are ghosted for 30-45 days. Then they tell you that you have advanced to the next round of interviews. Same type of interview, new person. This time, they ghost for 60-90 days. You eventually do or don't get the job but it takes roughly 6 months.

Tell me about a time where you encountered a situation where you had an irate customer. How did you handle it and what was the outcome?
simple, two rounds of interviews. one with HR in the beginning and another with the territory managers. HR was all behavioral to get a good idea of your work ethic and how you are as a person, the typical questions.

3 round process speaking with various leaders in the company. Overall process was over 30 day period. once complete the process moves very quickly to get you set up. You will be selected by a manger for the region that you will join. Most likely will require you to relocate
Very organized. Several interviews with senior leadership. Very straightforward, no surprises. They schedule multiple interviews same day so that you aren't driving back and forth over the course of weeks.
