The interview went great in my opinion but they chose someone else after having me wait a week for an answer to if I were getting the job or not. They were friendly however it was a little confusing

The is very smooth. Once you are picked for interview, you are asked to complete background check and take a drug test. After that, you will be call for new hire orientation withthin a week or two.
