After completing application process I telephoned in 3 days and a panel interview was scheduled. The interview involved the operating manager, director of surgical services, and the manager of human resources. I notified the next and was asked to come into the hospital for a formal job offer. The people were very informative and polite and 20 years later, my employer still, in my opinion rank number 1.
