The interview process is overly automated. If you are looking to get your foot in the door and only fit the 80/20 rule for qualifications (generally acceptable for non-clinical position), good luck. Failing to meet ANY of their requirements 100 percent through the beginning stages of their automated online process won't even get you an automated phone interview. What a shame.
