I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Froedtert & MCW
Interview
The directions to the campus were very helpful and easy to follow. The interviewing manager was 35 minutes late for my interview, which was very frustrating as I cam from out of state for this interview.

Question 1
What are some examples of when you encountered a difficult patient or even a colleague, and how did you handle the situation?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Froedtert & MCW (Milwaukee, WI) in Jun 2020
Interview
I applied to 5 different RN positions at Froedtert Hospital on a weekend, received email with request for virtual interview on Monday (4 automated telephone situational based questions, had 3 minutes to answer per question) and brief online questionnaire (confirming resume type information), received brief call from HR rep a few days later (to confirm additional information and clarification about which jobs I wanted to prioritize), next was an email from HR telling me I was eligible to schedule phone interviews with two separate departments. I attended one phone interview and was invited to come onsite to interview for the second (this was just as Froedtert's COVID on-site interview policies changed). Both interviews lasted about 30 minutes, both were group interviews (consisting of nurse manager, assistant nurse manager, and unit educator). I was offered shadowing opportunities for about an hour in the departments following both of the interviews. Waited 2 business days from second interview to receive call from recruiter stating I was offered a position in one of the two departments. I accepted the offer.
Overall, I thought Froedtert's application process was simple and straightforward (easy to duplicate and apply for multiple jobs at once). There were multiple people I dealt with over the course of the 18 days, but all were very coordinated in the handling of everything. There was not much dead time between each stage in the process, I always felt that I was informed about what would be happening next in the interview process. I was very pleased and impressed with Froedtert's onboarding process.
