I was contacted by a third party recruiter regarding this position. Process took about 2.5 weeks. I had a panel interview which lasted 7 hours. Yes, 7 hours of my day was taken for this interview and what a complete waste of time it was. Interview went very well and the hiring team even suggested I interview for another position to which I did. After 7 hours of interviews, the hiring manager said feedback was very good and they would make their decision in a couple of days. Got a call 3 days later saying that they had passed and didn't provide a valid reason as to why. No feedback was given. Even the recruiter was baffled. Overall, a terrible experience. DO NOT waste peoples time by conducting 7 hour long panel interviews. You wasted my time and energy. The HR department should really look into breaking this process down. I will never apply to this company again and will never use their hospital/services.
