They email you about your availability for an interview and you RSVP for a time. You then wait by your phone for them to call and they don't. You call the HR the department which is impossible to get through and have to leave a message. They call you back at their convenience to reschedule (no apology for missing the interview). They then run you through an interview with no real substance. They inform you we'll let you know either way about our decision and you wait 3 months and hear nothing.
