Phone screen was like talking to a robot. Nothing personal and barely said hello before saying “do you meet the min quals and do you need sponsorship”. Then it took months to hear back about coming in for another interview. I had already accepted another job. But I wouldn’t have moved forward even if I was still searching. Poor experience.
