My initial phone interview was calling the provided number and answering a pre recorded series of questions. They were nornal interview questions like describe a situation when…you went above and beyond, when you handled a difficult situation; etc but it was so weird that there was no contact with an actual person, just the answering machine with pre recorded questions. Interviews can be nerve wracking enough, and sitting down for unknown rapid fire questions is worse. The whole thing felt very impersonal and quite frankly, lazy.
