There are two interviews. The first interview asks very basic questions such as describe how you handled a difficult situation at work. The second gets right to the point and is very decisive. The problem is you might not fully understand what the job duties are, so you need to get a handle on that quick before you start getting into your strengths because you might be highlighting the wrong ones. Then it is over before it started.
