I applied for this position online via their website. They emailed me back within a week of submission. I needed to take a survey of about 103 questions. The email said the application was not complete without it. The second email was to set up a phone interview with HR. They asked for three dates and times that would work. This was set up quickly. I liked how quickly and easy this process was. HR was very nice and friendly. I enjoyed speaking with her.

good and fast they invited over to the site and ask question about my past experience . I think as long as you have some sort of experience they would accept you as long as you have the certificate to work as a CNA
There is along process to get hired through this company and then once in you have to tread lightly to keep your job. There are three interviews held. They take forever to call you back and will have you reapplying forever to get in just to treat you like crap once you're in.
