Brief, 15-20 min auto-scheduled phone screening interview with a Froedtert employee about the hiring process, availability, desired compensation, and general interview questions related to culture/customer service; easy interview and answers were sent to a recruiter.
Separately a first-round, 30 min phone interview with the Clinical Nutrition Manager. Some questions and info more specific to dietetics, and more specific info about the job and hiring process--standard RD interview.
Recruiter followed up with detailed info on the position, benefits, etc. and scheduled 2nd round, in-person interview. Onsite panel interview with the CNM and 2 RDs. All of them asked questions, both typical RD interview questions and clinical questions, to gauge clinical knowledge and to see if you're a good fit for the team--the team has a say in the hiring decision.
Categorized difficulty as hard since this was unique vs other jobs I've ever applied to and could be intimidating for newer RDs or those coming from non-clinical or acute care positions, to feel like they need to study. Received an offer for same pay with better benefits so I declined their offer even though it sounded like a good opportunity to eventually end up at Main Campus.
