I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines (Chicago, IL)
Interview
I filled out my application in early January 2016 and I got a phone interview early March 2016. It was a 15 min interview with a few basic questions. She was super nice and I was so happy she invited me to a second interview. The second interview was at a Hilton hotel in Illinois. Everyone is so sweet and helpful! They wanted everyone to get the position and they seem like genuinely good people. Anyways you basically have a personality test with a flight attendant and than they'll take you to your second interview with two flight attendants. They ask you a few questions and ask you to read a prompt. When I say everyone was super nice I mean EVERYONE. After that interview you go on your last interview with two people from management. AGAIN super nice and humble AND funny! No one was intimidating! They had sense of humors they were gentle and humble people 💜. After the last interview with management they gave us a voucher to have lunch for about a hour. Anyways the process took about 9 hours before we were told we're invited to the next training class. Over all it was the best interview I have ever took. I'm so excited and can not wait to officially be apart of the Frontier family!
Application, Video Interview, F2F in Denver. Just be yourself and let your personality shine. Dress professional. Hair, natural color, neat and clean. Make up, light and natural looking nothing over the top.
Received an assessment test , then a video call, waiting a face to face interview. Which I think will be over the phone. I’m not quite sure. But I have to fill this out.
Group interview first then one on one. They will ask scenarios so be prepared and stay ready and don’t be nervous. They are all nice and know that everyone is scared but they want to see your personality
