Interview
Submitted resume via Frontier website. Received an email from an HR recruiter approximately 3 days later to arrange a phone interview. Phone interview was fairly straight forward, some questions were:
-Where do you see yourself in five years?
-Tell me about your aviation background.
-Tell me about your crew scheduling experience (if any).
-Why do you want to work for Frontier?
-What do you know about Frontier Airlines?
-Have you worked with Sabre (their scheduling and reservations software)?
-What do you think is involved in the crew scheduling position?
-What are you salary expectations?
The HR rep was very friendly, but when I told her my salary requirements, she informed me that starting pay was WELL below my requirements. She asked if I would like to continue or if she should withdraw my application. As much as I wanted to work for Frontier... $13-15/hour wasn't going to work, so I kindly asked her to withdraw my application. :(

Interview
I applied on the website and finished assessment sent to email inbox right after. I was invited for the initial screening the next day. The screening comprised a 15-20min phone call with HR about work schedule and benefit, followed by another assessment (word file with maths and logic question with moderate difficulty, there is a 30min time limit to send it back by email), a virtual interview was scheduled a couple of days later. Virtual interview - one on one with a manager at Crew Scheduling, mostly behavioral and scenario-based questions, more like a conversation. More than 2 weeks has passed and has not heard back from HR, assuming they moved on with other candidates.

Horrible. I was supposed to get an exclusive link from HR to complete & submit an assessment within 30 minutes. HR (Hope Russo) never sent me the link. Then, HR tried t tell me that they going to press with other candidates due of Hope Russo’s dereliction.

The interview and skills assessment were great, but they didn't get back to me after two weeks. I called and emailed every contact I had for them and I never got a hold of anyone. So they never contacted me to let me know I wasn't selected for the position.
