Interview
I sent an email to HR requesting to attend a recruiting session. I attended the interview in Arlington Heights, IL. It is pretty much what everyone said previously. They give you a presentation about the company and then you split into smaller groups. One thing I want to say is the it IS OKAY if you mess up a little when telling about yourself and reading the safety procedures in the smaller group. They pretty much just want to see if you are comfortable talking in front of people you don't know. I stumbled a little bit but was able gather myself.
After the the first round you will have lunch and find out after if you made to the second round (1 on 1 interviews). This is your time to shine! Take your time and relax. I was only asked three or four questions I think. They were the typical interview questions.
Application, Video Interview, F2F in Denver. Just be yourself and let your personality shine. Dress professional. Hair, natural color, neat and clean. Make up, light and natural looking nothing over the top.
Received an assessment test , then a video call, waiting a face to face interview. Which I think will be over the phone. I’m not quite sure. But I have to fill this out.
Group interview first then one on one. They will ask scenarios so be prepared and stay ready and don’t be nervous. They are all nice and know that everyone is scared but they want to see your personality
