I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines (Denver, CO) in Sep 2015
Interview
I applied online and about a week or so later I got an invitation to an online assessment. Once that was completed, I received a phone call and was asked a series of questions. I then was asked to come to Denver for a F2F interview. There were 36 people interviewing that day. Arrived by the requested 7:30 start time and then was taken into a room for intros and information about the company. After that, the group was taken to a break room and individuals started getting pulled out for peer interviews. First round was with 2 flight attendants and the second round with two recruiters. No need to be nervous. It was like talking with friends. They were all super nice and welcoming. After the interviews were complete they began pulling out individuals to tell them if they were selected. Plan to spend all day there. Some people who had later interviews were there until 7pm. 25 of the 36 were offered an invitation to flight attendant school.
Application, Video Interview, F2F in Denver. Just be yourself and let your personality shine. Dress professional. Hair, natural color, neat and clean. Make up, light and natural looking nothing over the top.
Received an assessment test , then a video call, waiting a face to face interview. Which I think will be over the phone. I’m not quite sure. But I have to fill this out.
Group interview first then one on one. They will ask scenarios so be prepared and stay ready and don’t be nervous. They are all nice and know that everyone is scared but they want to see your personality
