I was able to make it to the F2F in Denver last year but was not offered a position. You first start off by giving the recruiter your resume and passport . You’re then taken to the conference room where you’re seated with about 6 other candidates to do the group interview. Each candidate answers 3 different questions. Some candidates get easy questions while others get harder questions. I didn’t think this was fair but “hey! when is anything in life “fair” ! After the group interview you take a short break and then they tell you one by one to go back to the conference room OR to a new conference room. If you go to a new conference room that was different from the room you were “initially” in then the recruiter will tell you unfortunately you didn’t get hired and you can reapply in 6 months. The recruiter said she also can’t give any feedback on the interview for us which I thought was pretty weird because how are we suppose to improve? 😂 I think it’s really just if the recruiters likes you. Everybody at my table had great interview answers and two of them at my table didn’t make the cut but both of them are flight attendants at another airline.. those recruiters really don’t know how to hire people and don’t know what to look for in people. The speaker in the presentation name Jamye was really unprofessional as well. She started talking about marijuana and how she hooked up with her pilot husband. If that’s the type of people frontier wants to hire than that definitely isn’t me ! I ended up extending my ticket stay bc atleast they buy your plane ticket! Mine as well enjoy the stay 😁
