Basically a cattle call. You meet in a big conference room with about 75 people. You are put into groups and do group interviews. They create a list and if you are on it, you go to the next round of interviewing. During the process, a lot of the Frontier employees conducting the whole process were confused. I was put in two groups and there was a discussion of where I should be - it was a little frustrating. Our group had to create an airline and a commercial. We were given 15min to prepare and 1 min to present. When I spoke to other groups they said they did not have to do that so maybe that was a way to kill some time? I am not sure. We were called individually and offered the position. Right then they took urine, fingerprints and filled out paperwork.
