Initial phone screen is just what you would expect; basic questions. Following rounds are slightly technical. After a week of hearing no response and asking for an update on the hiring process, I received no feedback or any updates. HR is just like their customer service - terrible. Have some respect for people who are spending time to discuss roles for your company and at least provide them with updates instead of having them guessing.
