Got a call instead of an email from HR to set up an Initial Phone Call. Recruiter called 7 minutes late and seemed in a rush. Mainly weird interview questions. It seemed like the recruiter only wanted to find out if you would stay loyal or leave if you got a better opportunity down the line. Recruiter didn't ask me any actual questions on my portfolio management experience or any of my certifications. I got a rejection email the next day.
