My interview process was completely a joke, just like those 5 stars ratings poured in 2 days. How I got the interview: HR manager contact me to see if I'm interest in their open position and then we scheduled an 1-1 interview with hiring manager. First interview: They just asked some typical questions during interview, it was easy. The funny thing is my hiring manager didn't look like he's interest in my works and tell me my salary expectation is too high and they have long hours but he also told me he will try to negotiate with his manager to match my expectation so we scheduled a second interview with some senior manager. Second interview: My hiring manager told me those senior managers were in meeting when I got there, in the mean time, he wanted me to show him more works, (he said he asked HR person to notify me to be prepared which i did NOT get any information), I told him I got nothing new and he sent me back without meeting any senior manager he mentioned. Follow up: Received no offer letter in 3 days after 2nd interview. Note: No parking validation, pay yourself.
