I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Fujitsu (Washington, DC) in Aug 2019
Interview
I don't even know where to begin. The process took about 5 weeks. 6 phone interviews, 2 face to face meeting. I spoke to a recruiter, engineers and CSMs. Each time I had to request an update. Three of the callers blew me off and the calls had to be rescheduled. There was one person who blew me off twice. They asked me to put together a presentation, and then never asked me for it or to present it. No updates and/or not touching bases to wrap things up = no respect of interviewee.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very typical broad technical questions, most of the questions focused on previous situations and how I handled them.
The interview process for me typically follows a structured path: first, a phone screening to assess basic qualifications and fit. Then, a skills test to evaluate technical abilities, followed by an in-depth interview with the hiring managers to discuss experience, problem-solving, and cultural alignment. This comprehensive process ensures a clear evaluation of both skills and compatibility for the role.
There are 4 stages. 1st for Web test, which tests overall skills like Math, Logic questions, etc.. 2nd round is for Document screening. 3rd is interview with HR. The last one is interview with the head of HR.
