Even when you managed to get through all the rounds, there will be a chance that you won't be selected for the last interview at their head office. Very tiring and not efficient system. The HR employee even messed up with my results. She sent me several rejecting emails after round 3 and later a successful email stating that I was chosen to go further. Very confusing and full of frustration. It wasted 1 month of my time.
