It was a video interview with pre-recorded questions. You're given 60 seconds to think of an answer before being automatically recorded for a set amount of time. There were 6 questions. Nothing technical.

Process was about 5-6 months due to delays in getting the assessment centre day sorted. I applied online, did some online tests, made it to the video interview stage, and then after a few months made it to the assessment centre. This was one of the best ran assessment centres I have attended, with regular breaks, access to current employees both senior and graduate, and very fun and interactive tasks throughout the day. As well as 2 group tasks we delivered a presentation before having a final interview.
