The interview process was very informal. A few days after submitting my application, I received a text message asking me to set up a phone interview. I set a date and time with my interviewer which he missed. I sent him a message asking to reschedule and received a phone call about ten minutes later. The phone interview was very informal and didn't last more than about 10 or 15 minutes. The interview consisted of two questions and then description of the job requirements and next steps. Some of what was described during the phone interview did not match the posted job description and the interviewer was unable to answer several questions I had about structure of the program which were red flags for me.
