I spoke to two people over a few days. I didn't mind the marketing manager she was great...once I got a hold of her. I had to follow up twice with the person I initially spoke to. The man I spoke to was a red flag. He asked me what I was doing for work. I told him working part-time driving a van for a friend for her home health business. He snapped back to tell me that I could do better than that job. I was taken aback. First of all, many talented marketers aren't working right now because creatives have faced budget cuts this year. Ironically, this marketing admin role was around $20 an hour which was about how much I made driving the van.
