I had two phone interviews that lasted about an hour each. I was then brought in for an in-person interview with 4 other individuals(about 5 total hours). The interview process was straightforward and the people were nice and inviting. I didn't receive an offer, which was understandable given I wasn't the best fit given my background. However, I was extremely disappointed to have received an automated response from the recruitment team that I was not going to receive an offer, that I did not get the job. I was appalled that I gave 6 hours of my life to this company, took time away from my current job to meet them in person, and then to receive a cold, AUTOMATED email letting me down. My advice to FullStory, is to be a human and treat other like humans. Give candidates a PHONE CALL or at the very least AN EMAIL FROM A REAL PERSON letting them know that you genuinely appreciate the time and consideration they gave you and possibly a bit a feedback. It's the human way to treat people.
