First was a Recruiter phone screen, then a take home assignment with several questions, then finally a hiring manager interview. The hiring manager interview was as far as I progressed. I understand there was a group interview as the final step. The process was typical and the actual interviews themselves (and the assignment) fair and reasonable. If you don’t make the cut you don’t get any feedback. Nor, in my case, do you get so much as a personal rejection. I (and their team too!) invested a few hours over three weeks to schedule interviews. Then nothing. Form rejection. The quality of the applicant aside, that’s just unprofessional.
