There are four steps according to the recruiter - 1) an interview with a recruiter, 2) interview with hiring manager, 3) excel assessment, and 4) a meeting with the whole team. I got to step 2. It was alright, but I agree with a previous review that if you are currently working, this company will contact your employer. The day before step 2 of my interview my current boss suddenly started calling me every day begging me not to leave... This was my only interview. I did not give them permission to contact anyone, please be careful if you apply here.
