You first talk to the recruiter and they move you on to a technical assignment afterwards. It consists of using the FullStory support articles to gather information and having some knowledge of JavaScript at least and being able to use the dev tools. The whole process seemed simple enough, but my assessment didn’t pass whatever their criteria was though I’d worked diligently on it. They so generously offered to hop on a call to explain and critique, but people that are working in this day and age don’t have time to hop on a call to hear why they were rejected. It would be easier to let the candidate know through the email and highlight what the issues were as not everyone has time for this. Especially not me, but I’m glad I didn’t make the cut as I’m happily moving along to an offer with their competitor who can clearly see my value. Also, seeing as the company rating has plummeted from 4 stars to 3 let’s me know your people aren’t happy as many of the complaints seem to be this company talks the talk, but don’t truly follow their own values.
