Only had a recruiter call because I chose not to move forward. The conversation was so scripted it was painful. The recruiter essentially read paragraphs about the company and their values to me. She started off with all of that and then didn't really ask about me much. She did ask why I'm leaving and why did I apply...she was the one who actually reached out to me. When the end of the call came, she asked if I wanted to move forward and I said no.
