I applied online and after going through the IT test (webcam check, sound check, system check, internet speed) I was invited for a one-on-one online interview. The interview itself was straight-forward, I think they were really looking for how I presented myself (they remarked about how comfortable I was talking on camera - this is a large part of the role itself) rather than trying to catch me out with difficult questions.
