I had one on-site screen and one full interview with 4 people from both QA and Dev teams. And final round is to see head of software. They are all nice and professional. The interview questions are reasonable. If you have deep understanding in the domain, the questions are easy for you. Some coding questions are challenging but interesting and practical. I think the interview is a mutual processes - not only they interview me, but I also interview them. They want to work with smart and qualified people, so do I.
