      Project Manager Interview

      Jul 11, 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Funko in Jun 2019

      Interview

Phone screen with HR for culture fit and skill set. In-person loop with stakeholders. My experience was a positive one, every team member I encountered was welcoming and engaging. Great questions were asked by my interviewers and I felt like I got a good sense of the company and how the position I was interviewing for will contribute to the larger organizational goals.

      Project Manager Interview

      Feb 20, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Everett, WA
      No offer
      Neutral experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Funko (Everett, WA) in Jan 2018

      Interview

Phone interview with recruiter 3 panel interviews w/ 2+ employees each Panels were extremely informal. A couple people had lines of questioning mostly based around how I would handle difficult situations/when things or people aren't working well. Overall, a little scattered, many read my resume during the interview and didn't really have much to ask. Did not get offered. Received a call from the recruiter explaining they went with someone else (appreciated that). Feedback was that I wasn't a personality fit with the team, not type A enough. Based on the interviewers prep and style, its loud enough personality first, talent second.
