Lovely interview process, they were hiring for a brand new role in the marketing department. Friendly 1:1 interview and was told would be given feedback/outcome of the interview by the end of the week. After 2 weeks of silence, and a follow-up email it became clear that I had not received the job however the lack of response from the company was not ideal - no interview feedback was given after asking for it.
