Had an initial phone interview that went really well. I was told I was moving on to the next step (a video interview + tech pack project) and should hear back within a day or so to schedule it. I never heard anything and after a week checked the status of my application and it said "not selected" so I reached out to see if I could find out why since I was told I was moving forward. The response I got was really apologetic and I was told that I was still meant to move on and the status of my application was a mistake, I was "definitely moving forward" and would hear back within the week about when the 2nd interview would be. My application status was also corrected. The week went by and I heard nothing, checked the status of my application again and now it said the job was closed. I was disappointed but not surprised that I received no follow up/follow through, based on other interview posts. If you interview just make sure that you follow up first, don't wait to hear anything since it seems they will just leave you guessing.
